The process of basins making is taken from the VictoriaPlum industry. All basins in this industry are made to the highest of grade standards in the world.
Basin making process in the ceramics industry
First, the molding process begins, which takes the raw ingredients (clay and chemicals) and forms them into the shape of each design.

Then the body ingredients are poured into the mold to make the body shape of a basin. The body ingredients are checked before the body is made to ensure a great quality basin. In this time, all punching (holing) is done during the body are soft.
Next, each basin item undergoes a thorough drying process, to ensure those items build strength.
Once dried, all products are carefully prepared for glazing, which adds a durable, shiny surface that is easy to clean. The glaze is thoroughly applied to all visible surfaces of a basin product.
The basins are then prepared for heating. A red dye, which disappears during this process, is applied to each item to ensure it heats properly.
All items are placed into the oven where temperatures reach 1,200 to 1,220 degrees celsius.

Many strict checks are carried out during the production process (Before heating and after heating), to ensure each item, and the raw materials we use, meet the strictest of standards. The finished product is cleaned and polished by hand before being securely packaged, ready for the dealer or customer order.
The rest of the items (commode, padel, and so on) in the ceramics (Sanitaryware) are made in the same process.
